ACTIVE CASES:

The following are some of our active class action matters:

Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. – Plaintiffs seek to represent a class of employees who worked at Fresenius dialysis clinics in California for meal premiums, forfeited time due to automatic deduction of 30 minute meals and forfeited time due to rounding time to 15 minutes.

On May 23, 2011, the Court issued a ruling denying the Motion because of inadequacies with the Plaintiffs, and is holding the case for 45 days to allow Plaintiffs’ lawyers time to locate new Plaintiffs to represent the class.  The Third Amended Complaint and the May 23 Ruling are available by clicking the links.
